These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of made-to-order garments through our website, in accordance with applicable Irish and European Union laws relating to consumer protection, e-commerce, and sustainable fashion. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

• All made-to-order garments are personally designed by Tara Garvey and produced in limited quantities to ensure exclusivity and minimise waste.
• Each piece is handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail by skilled artisans using high-quality, sustainable materials.
• Our commitment to slow fashion includes ethical manufacturing, low environmental impact, and a zero-waste philosophy.
🧶 2. The Made-to-Order Process
• Every order is manufactured specifically for you, reducing the risks of overproduction and supporting a more sustainable industry.
• Your choice of made-to-order contributes to responsible consumption by minimising unused inventory and textile waste.
⏳ 3. Production Timeline
• Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the garment and our current workload.
• An estimated production timeline will be provided at the time of order. Please note this is indicative and subject to change due to unforeseen delays.
• You will be informed of any significant changes to the estimated production or delivery schedule.
💳 4. Payment Terms
• Full payment is required at the time of order to initiate the production process.
• We currently accept payments via Revolut.
• All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable Irish VAT (if required) and fees, in line with Irish Revenue requirements.
✅ 5. Quality Assurance
• All garments undergo rigorous quality control inspections throughout the production process.
• If you receive a garment that is faulty, defective, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as applicable under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
📦 6. Shipping and Delivery
• Once your garment is completed, it will be packaged with care and dispatched to the shipping address provided during checkout.
• Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location and method selected.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
🔁 7. Returns and Exchanges
• Due to the customised nature of made-to-order items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the garment is faulty or damaged on arrival.
• If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery to initiate a review.
• We will cover return shipping costs for defective garments in accordance with EU Distance Selling Regulations.
✍️ 8. Intellectual Property
• Any designs or customisations submitted by the customer remain their intellectual property and will not be reproduced without written consent.
• All designs created by Taragarveyofficial, including bespoke design modifications, remain the intellectual property of the brand and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
⚖️ 9. Limitation of Liability
• Taragarveyofficial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of made-to-order garments, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, except where prohibited by law.
📚 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, in accordance with Irish and EU consumer law.

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Updated terms will be posted on our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to review them before each order. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
